Every Spartan family has something to offer — an hour at a game station, a shift at the Book Fair, or help behind the scenes. No experience required.
Where We Need Help
These are the programs and events Spartan families power each year. Pick one that fits your schedule — open shifts are listed below.
STEM Night
November
Host a hands-on station — circuits, catapults, slime or beginner coding. Supplies provided.
Field Day
May
Run a game station or the water and snack tent as classes rotate through the field.
Book Fair
September
Cashiers and family-night helpers to keep the checkout line moving.
Art Docent Program
Monthly, all year
Lead a short guided art lesson in one classroom. Lesson plans and training included.
Spartan Dash & Fun Run
September
Lap counters, water stations and cheer squad for our biggest fundraiser of the year.
